Potato Pirozhki - Stuffed Savory Pies ( Пирожки с картошкой )
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour(MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON , THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), fresh potato ,fresh dill , salt, water, dry yeast(saccharomyces cerevisiae), black pepper , butter(cream from cows milk, natural flavorings), sugar.
Safe Handling Instructions:
• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Cook thoroughly before consumption .
- Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating.
Storage Instructions :
• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F (≤ 4°C) and consume
within 3 days.
- Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F (≤ -18°C) for up to 3 months.
- Allergy Warning: Contains: Wheat (flour) , milk .
Cooking Instructions(Do Not Thaw):
1 Prepare the Oil
• Heat oil in a deep skillet to (180 -212°F).
• Oil should be at least 5-6 cm deep so pirozhki can float.
2 Fry the Pirozhki
• Place 1-2 frozen pirozhki into the hot oil.
• Fry for 2 minutes per side (total 4 minutes)
- Turn once during frying.
3 Drain and Serve
• Remove Pirozhki and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.
- Tips:
• Keep oil temperature stable.
• Do not overcrowd the pan.
