Boorsok - Central Asian Bread Bites ( Классические Боорсоки )
Ingredients: Water , unbleached wheat flour(MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON , THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), milk ( Pasteurized milk), salt, dry yeast(saccharomyces cerevisiae) , butter(cream from cows milk, natural flavorings), sour cream(cultured cream) .
Safe Handling Instructions:
• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
- Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating.
•Allergy Warning: Contains: Wheat (flour), milk
Storage Instructions (Do Not Thaw):
- Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F (≤ -18°C) for up to 3 months.
1 Prepare the Oil
• Heat oil in a deep skillet to 180- 190°C (355-375°F).
• Oil should be at least 3-4 cm deep so Boorsok can float.
2 Fry Boorsok
• Place 2-4 frozen Boorsok into the hot oil.
• Fry until golden brown and crispy.
• Turn once during frying.
3 Drain and Serve
• Remove Boorsok and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.
- Tips:
• Keep oil temperature stable.
• Do not overcrowd the pan.
