Chuchvara - Dumplings with beef ( Чучвара с говядиной )

Ingredients: beef, unbleached wheat flour(MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON , THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID),fresh onion , water ,refined  sunflower oil, shell eggs , salt, black pepper, coriander.

• Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating.

Storage Instructions:

• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F and consume

within 3 days.

• Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F  for up to 3 months.
• Allergy Warning: Contains: Wheat (flour) , egg.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (DO NOT THAW)   

1 Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.

2 Add frozen chuchvara and stir gently.

3 Boil uncovered for 10 minutes until the internal  temperature reaches 165°F stirring occasionally.  Use a food thermometer to doneness.  

4 Drain and serve hot with butter or sour cream.
