Manty - Dumplings with beef and pumpkin ( Манты с говядиной и тыквой )

Ingredients : boneless beef, onion , wheat flour, olive oil, salt, coriander, black pepper, pumpkin , chives, egg.

 Safe Handling Instructions:

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.

• Do not refreeze after thawing.

• Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the internal temperature of the product reaches 165°F (74°C).

•  Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating.

Storage Instructions:

• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F (≤ 4°C) and consume

within 3 days.

• Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F (≤ -18°C) for up to 3 months.

• Allergy Warning: Contains: Wheat (flour) , egg, coriander.

• Produced in a facility that may process other allergens, including eggs, milk, soy, and  nuts

Cooking Instructions:

1 Grease the steamer trays with oil to prevent sticking.

2 Place the many on the steamer, leaving space between them

3 Steam over boiling 40-45 minutes 

4 Serve with chopped fresh herbs(tomato , cilantro, parsley or dill)
