Pelmeni - Dumplings with beef (Пельмени с говядиной)

Ingredients:  Ground boneless beef , unbleached wheat flour, fresh onion, eggs, sunflower oil, black pepper, salt, coriander .

Safe Handling Instructions:
• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the internal temperature of the product reaches 165°F (74°C).
• Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating.

Storage Instructions:
• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F (≤ 4°C) and consume within 3 days.
• Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F (≤ -18°C) for up to 3 months.

Cooking Instructions:

•  Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.

• Add frozen pelmeni and stir gently. 

• Boil uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

• Drain and serve hot with butter or sour cream.
