Ingredients: ground beef , bread (sourdough MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON , THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID water, salt ) fresh onion, fresh garlic , water, salt, black pepper.

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat.
2. Add a small amount of oil (about 1-2 tablespoons).
3. Place frozen catlets in the pan, leaving space between each one.
4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes per side (total 20 minutes), turning once.
5. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the center is hot and fully cooked. Use a food thermometer to ensure doneness.
