Khinkali - Dumpling with beef ( Хинкали с говядиной)

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour(MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON , THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID ), ground beef, water, fresh onion, salt, black pepper, coriander, fresh cilantro, red paprika.

• Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating. Storage Instructions:

• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F and consume within 3 days. • Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F for up to 3 months.

Cooking Instructions(Do Not Thaw)

1 Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.
2 Add frozen Khinkali and stir gently.

3 Boil uncovered for 16 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F stirring occasionally. Use a food thermometer to ensure doneness.
4 Drain and serve hot
