Frikadelki – Meatballs with beef ( Фрикадельки с говядиной )
Ingredients: Ground boneless beef , fresh onion , black pepper , salt .
Safe Handling Instructions:
• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Do not refreeze after thawing.
• Cook thoroughly before consumption. Ensure the internal temperature of the product reaches 165°F (74°C).
• Do Not Consume Raw: Product must be fully cooked before eating
Storage Instructions:
• Refrigerated: Store at ≤ 40°F (≤ 4°C) and consume within 3 days.
• Frozen: Store at ≤ 0°F (≤ -18°C) for up to 3 months.
• Allergy Warning: Contains: beef , egg
• Produced in a facility that may process other allergens, including eggs, milk, soy, and nuts.
Cooking Instructions:
1 Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil.
2 Add diced onion, grated carrot, bay leaf and tomato paste(if using).
3 Gently drop the frikadelle into the boiling broth.
4 Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Note : Do not thaw before cooking. Cook from frozen.
